Mandatory Skills-:
• Veeva Consultant/Administrator with Veeva RIM administration experience
• L1/L2 Support and ticket management (experience in a tool like ServiceNow)
• SharePoint administration (for 1 of the TC’s) Publishing system (e.g., DocuBridge)
• eCTD viewers (e.g., Insight 4 Viewing), Citrix, Virtual Desktops
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
