Job Description:

  • Work with Business analysts and end users to understand requirements for Veeva CTMS, eTMF applications and translate them into technical configurations.
  • Manage configuration changes for Vault.
  • Work with Data Integration and Data Hub team to ensure the successful delivery of defined integration requirements and reporting.
  • Collaborate across the Clinical IT personnel and work closely with the DevOps team lead and architects.
  • Leverage enablement of out-of-the-box configuration approach
  • Participate in impact assessment activities, reviewing proposed changes, and ensuring impact is understood across all functions.
  • Manage configurations lifecycles across development, testing, validation, and production environments.
  • Perform testing to ensure configurations meet requirements and troubleshoot issues.
  • Create documentation for configurations on new features.
  • Adhere to SDLC methodology process on authoring various technical deliverables.
  • Work with vendors and resources, to ensure in following SDLC process and deliverables.
  • Deliver product enhancements to ensure the Veeva Vault Platform follows best practices while evolving to meet business needs.
  • Configure Veeva vault including objects, fields, page layouts, record types, validation rules, workflows, roles, data security, vault dashboards, and reports
