Core Responsibilities
Help facilitate and maintain relationships between DevCare and our Vendors/Partners
Monitor vendor performance KPIs
Train and onboard vendors to DevCares Vendor Management System (D-VMS)
Facilitate communication between technical teams and the business team as needed
Perform user acceptance testing for D-VMS future releases
Support vendor users and business units as necessary
Arrange internal/external meetings
Communicate and document issues or new requirements in reference to D-VMS and notify vendors and business teams of the resolution
Create standard operating procedures
Desired Skills And Education
Good communication skills, written and verbal
Sense of urgency when responding to management and vendor contacts alike
Ability to work across multiple teams as needed
Must be flexible to work shifts based on business needs
Computer literacy and overall technical understanding
Strong analytical mindset
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel
Bachelors degree in business or a technical vocation or commensurate experience
2-5 years in a business administration or technical support role
Any Graduate
