Web Development Support Consultant

General Requirements

Proposed staff shall meet the following minimum requirements

Four years web development experience using PHP, .Net, C#.
Four years of MS SQL experience.
Knowledge of all phases of the Systems Development Life Cycle.
Knowledge of the operational characteristics of various computer programs, software packages, and programming languages.
Proficiency using Microsoft Office 365.
Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
Good verbal and written communication skills including the ability to converse with technical and non-technical management and end-users.
Ability to easily communicate with all levels of personnel and management
Ability to self-direct, prioritize work assignments, etc.

Scope of Resources

Develop new applications as scope and requirements dictate.
Enhance existing applications as defined by business requirements.
Create documentation for applications and interfaces.
Train staff on applications as needed.
