Job Title: Web Digital Technology Operations Manager (contractor)
CFoster City, CA (Hybrid)

Key Responsibilities:
Manage the day-to-day operations of the commercial web platforms, ensuring that they are functional, reliable, and meet accessibility, quality, and compliance standards.
Manage and oversee web projects, ensuring they are executed on time and within scope, while following DMO processes.
Track progress with Asana on tasks, projects and goals.
Help run meetings between IT, Brand, and Agencies along with helping resolve dependencies and risks.
Collaborate with digital marketing agencies, IT, and DMO’s Digital Experience Leads on web projects; work with stakeholders across the organization to ensure successful project outcomes.
Monitor website analytics tools to identify areas of improvement and optimization opportunities on US Commercial websites prior to regular reporting and project kickoffs.
Manage and implement SEO strategies to optimize the commercial web platforms for search engines.
Work with the Web Service Lead to identify and develop process enhancements.
Other responsibilities as assigned.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
Proven experience in IT, Dev Ops, Tech Ops, or web project management.
Proficiency in CMS systems (Sitecore is preferred).
Strong familiarity with analytics tools like Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Hotjar, VWO, SiteImprove, and others.
Experience with Agile methodologies and project management systems preferred.
Experience in managing outsourced resources and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Excellent communication and project management skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
Prior experience in the pharmaceutical industry is preferred but not required.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work cross-functionally and adapt to the changing needs of projects.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Work Environment: This is a hybrid role based in Foster City, CA, with on-site work required 3 days a week.
