Technical Experience and Skills:
Must possess an in depth understanding and hands-on experience managing AV Collaboration applications and services (Webex, Zoom, MS Teams)
Knowledge of cloud system engineering principles and considerations
Knowledge of architectural design, API integration and solution packaging, management and troubleshooting with a focus on planning, deploying, and supporting enterprise AV Collaboration implementations.
In depth experience with Collaboration, Portals, Audio Visual Devices, Townhalls, Webinars, Meetings and Chat messaging.
Must have experience with cloud-scale services and infrastructure components.
Experience with Authentication and Access solutions related to AV Collaboration and Azure services.
