Responsibility
- Engage and work with Vendors and other company stakeholders to understand business requirements, policies, and procedures
- Develop, test and deploy customisations, custom objects, and new functionality based on business needs, including custom forms, fields, and saved searches
- Have knowledge and experience with integrating third-party applications with ERP solutions
- Perform release preview testing to ensure compatibility and work with Verde support to resolve any issues
- Provide high-quality technical assistance and support to internal and external customers and 3rd party IT companies
- Continually participate in self-learning, in conjunction with formal training, to ensure skills are continually developed to ensure ease of providing service to our customers
- Facilitate the creation and testing of future state business processes and script development
