  • strong front end development experience with Angular - Strong experience with Angular 11, 7 or 4 – latest the better
  • CMS or AEM knowledge or Wordpress or other CMS.
  • Leadership experience with on shore and off shore teams. Be able to take care of changes / updates/ features for the team. Leading calls.  Recent leading a technical team and onshore/offshore coordination, working with offshore developers

Web Tech Lead 

  • light backend – Java. Springboot
  • Front End heavy.
  • Strong experience with Angular 11, 7 or 4

Required Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree preferably in Computer Science, Information technology, Computer Engineering, or related IT discipline or equivalent experience
• 7+ years building modern web applications/sites in a professional environment
• 5+ years with JavaScript and strong understanding of the Angular framework
• Experience working with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) or other similar content management systems
• Experience leading a cross-functional, globally distributed development team in a dynamic environment
• Strong understanding of Agile Development Methodology including agile-specific frameworks such as Scrum and SAFe
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to coordinate and communicate between several different stakeholders
• Familiarity with databases (e.g. MySQL, MongoDB), web servers (e.g. Apache) and UI/UX design
• Strong Devops experience including and not limited to github, bamboo, sonarqube
• Proficient in responsive design development methodologies and best practices
• Have a superior attention to detail and a strong ability to Q/A one's own work
• Candidate must be US based
• Candidates need to clear a drug screen

Preferred Qualifications (not required for application/submission)
• Experience with Azure web services and database systems
• Experience using containers (Kubernetes / Docker) to package and deploy web applications
• Familiarity with server-side programming (e.g. Node.js, SpringBoot)
