Experience
Technical Skills:
Proficiency in managing and administering a WebTMS, which is a specialized trademark management software.
Strong knowledge of web server technologies and hosting environments.
Familiarity with database management systems, such as SQL Server, MySQL, or Oracle.
Ability to configure and maintain web applications and service
• Knowledge of web security best practices, including SSL/TLS, firewalls, and intrusion detection systems.
• Understanding of cloud computing platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) for hosting and scaling web applications.
• Experience in system administration and maintenance of the WebTMS and related systems.
• Proficiency in configuring and maintaining the operating system where the WebTMS is hosted.
• Regular backup and disaster recovery planning and implementation.
• Strong understanding of network protocols and configurations, including DNS, DHCP, and IP addressing.
• Ability to troubleshoot network-related issues.
• Knowledge of cybersecurity principles and best practices.
• Ability to implement security measures to protect sensitive trademark data and ensure compliance with data protection regulations.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and resolve system issues promptly.
• Effective communication skills to collaborate with other team members, end-users, and vendors.
• Documentation skills to create and maintain system and process documentation.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously, prioritizing work effectively.
• Experience in applying software updates, patches, and security fixes to the WebTMS and related software components.
• Knowledge of trademark and intellectual property laws and regulations may be beneficial, especially if the WebTMS is used in a legal context.
• Ability to stay up to date with the latest technology trends and adapt to new tools and software that may be integrated into the WebTMS.
• Provide support and assistance to end-users who encounter issues with the WebTMS
