Web UX Designer

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Web UX Designer to enhance the look, feel, operation, user experience, and functionality of our commercial website. The successful candidate will create engaging web pages, including graphics, animations, and functionality, while ensuring the technical performance of the site. The role involves performing development, maintenance, usability testing, and implementing new web-hosted product offerings in collaboration with the Web Administrator.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design web page layouts, online content, user interface graphics, icons, color schemes, and infrastructure for new product releases.
• Perform development and maintenance programming for web pages and web applications.
• Conduct web usability testing to ensure user satisfaction.
• Partner with the Web Administrator to implement pages or applications into production and assure web server and site technical performance.
• Develop, assess, and communicate website usage and security policies and standards.

Must-Have Skills:

• Proficient in UX Design and Graphic Design.
• Advanced knowledge of Web Development.
• Experience with Usability Testing.
