Description

Technical Skills:-

·         Good technical knowledge of Windows and Windows software

·         Intermediate issue debugging skills

·         Some level of testing experience

·         Excellent technical communication skills - especially related to describing complex issues and submitting detailed issue reports that are actionable by the engineering team

·         Self-motivation - completes work without constant oversight

 

The following is not mandatory, but would be a plus:

·         Experience with HP systems (Sudden Impact, DASH, Pulsar, etc.)

·         Linux knowledge/experience

·         Experience with VDI remote computing solutions (e.g. Citrix, VMware)

 

Behavioral Skills:

·         Very good communication skills

·         Should be very interactive and top on deliverables being working from client environment

 

Qualification:

·         Bachelor's or master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering or equivalent.

·         4 to 8 years of experience
