Job Description:
Responsibilities: Install, configure and support the Microsoft Windows Operating System. Troubleshoot OS and Hardware (Dell) as well as virtual environments(VM Ware). Configure IBM Tivoli Storage Manager Client, support O&M tasks using Remedy ticketing system. Provide after hour and weekend support on an as needed basis. Provide project support which will require working with application, DBA and other support groups in order to meet project deadlines. support/work. .

 

Experience: Must have 4-6 Years experience

Education: Information Technology or Computer Science or Computer Applications or Computer Information Systems or Computer Engineering or any related field.
