Role Overview
As a Senior Workato Solution Architect, you will be at the forefront of designing and implementing advanced integration solutions using Workato. Your role will involve working closely with clients to understand their business processes, challenges, and objectives to architect solutions that optimize their workflows, improve efficiency, and drive digital transformation.
Key Responsibilities
Design and implement robust Workato integration solutions to solve complex business problems, ensuring scalability, performance, and security.
Lead the technical planning and architecture discussions with stakeholders to provide high-value solutions.
Develop, test, and deploy Workato recipes and connectors, ensuring seamless integration across various platforms and services.
Conduct workshops and training sessions for clients and internal teams to increase adoption and understanding of Workato capabilities.
Collaborate with project managers and business analysts to translate business requirements into technical specifications and integration strategies.
Perform troubleshooting and provide technical support for integration issues, optimizing recipes for performance and reliability.
Stay updated on the latest Workato features, best practices, and industry trends to advise and implement cutting-edge solutions.
Contribute to the development of best practices, methodologies, and tools for integration and automation projects.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
5+ years of experience in solution architecture, with a strong focus on integration and automation.
Proven hands-on experience with Workato, including designing, implementing, and optimizing Workato recipes and integrations.
Deep understanding of API concepts, web services (REST/SOAP), and data formats (JSON/XML).
Experience with other integration platforms (MuleSoft, Boomi, Informatica, etc.) is a plus.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work on complex issues and drive projects to completion.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, capable of translating technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
Ability to work independently in a remote setting, with a high degree of accountability and ownership.
