Key Result Areas

Coordinate with developers, QA, and Product Owners
Liaise with global business, support, and development teams
Acquire in-depth knowledge of the healthcare business domain
Mentor juniors and resolve issues


Must have:

Enhanced EIBs, Core Connectors, and Studio integrations
Enhance existing Workday integrations and develop new features
Proficient with Workday Integration framework
Collaborate with HRIS for ongoing production support and enhancements
Interact with all integration vendors
Knowledge of JIRA and Bitbucket
Complete tasks efficiently and report progress to managers
Continuously seek process improvements in delivering Workday solutions

 

Qualifications

Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum of 4-8 years of relevant experience in Workday
Experience in Core HCM, Compensation, Benefits, Payroll, Time Tracking and Absence, Performance Management, and Recruiting 

Education

Any graduate
