Are you an Independent Workday Consultant or aspiring to become one?

I help run contracts and staff augmentation delivery for the Certified Workday Staffing Practice at GQR.

 

We are seeking Implementation Certified Workday Consultants, noncertified Workday Consultants, and dynamic Workday professionals who want to explore the world of independent Workday consulting.

As a recent Workday Certified Staffing Partner, we have the capability to maintain Workday Certifications and staff consultants on various implementation projects with Workday Partners. In addition, we have relationships with over 250 customers who rely on our network of consultants to fill gaps in their team across any technical or functional Workstream and have needs for trainers, PM/EMs, R&R, etc.

 

Are you already an independent Workday Consultant seeking a new role or seeking a recognized Partner in the ecosystem to collaborate with on projects?

We want to hear from you! We can offer you opportunities to maintain your Workday certifications, work on projects with renowned partners, and utilize our network of customers to help existing customers, net new customers, recently live customers, and even prospective customers in the evaluation of Workday.

 

Transitioning from Permanent Consulting to Independent:

If you're currently a permanent Workday consultant considering transitioning to independent consulting, we can provide the support you need. With our Workday Partner status and numerous years of experience in the Workday contract market, we can help you navigate this transition smoothly. We can maintain your Workday certifications and provide you with a pipeline of projects with Workday Partners and directly with customers.

 

Whether you specialize in a specific module within the Core HR suite, Workday Financials suite, or Adaptive Planning, we're interested in speaking with you. Your expertise is valuable to us, and our client base has needs across a wide range of projects. We can't promise the world, but we can offer you an extensive network and client base who need our expertise and network of trusted Workday/Cloud professionals.

 

Transitioning from Client-side to Independent:

We're particularly interested in your experience, and your ability to act as a consultant is highly sought after. Those coming solely from the customer side are encouraged to apply.

 

Ideal Experience:

We value Workday experience as well as years of experience, and candidates should have a min 4 years of Workday experience. The most attractive profiles to go independent will have 6+ years of experience. However, those with 4 years of strong experience and proven ability to execute (multiple) projects are highly encouraged to apply. This experience ideally is a mixture of both client-side and partner-side experience or solely partner/boutique consulting experience. However, those coming exclusively from the customer side are also encouraged to apply.

 

Certification Maintenance:

Our certified status is recent, which means you can get in early; we have begun sourcing for seasoned Workday independent Consultants and aspiring Workday independent consultants across all Workstreams to transfer certification and recertify. There will be experience requirements and a selection process to transfer certifications or get you (re)certified.
