Responsibilities:
Application Support activities (Service Request, Incident & Problem management, build Proactive Monitoring capabilities, Platform Security, Bug Fixes, Enhancements) in the Workday Platform
Technical:
Software Application Troubleshooting at Application, Database, Network & Integration layers
Design review, code review, Code vulnerabilities , Security enablement
Software Application Development (Bug Fixes & Enhancements) using Object Oriented design methodologies
Develop subject matter expertise of Workday’s Enterprise Applications including Integrations.
Process:
Application support for customer communities and Partner communities
Perform trend analyses and develop action plans for improving SLAs and reducing incidents volume and problems.
Incident troubleshooting, resolution, and technical root cause analysis to address the problem permanently.
Create documentation, maintain standardization, and look for ways to continuously improve processes & procedures.
Business/Functional:
Develop expertise of Workday Go-To-Market business applications end-to-end
Develop subject matter expertise of Workday’s Enterprise Applications including Integrations.
Basic Qualifications
Bachelor's with 3+ years of experience in Computer Science or Information Technology
At least 3+ years in Enterprise Software Application Support/ Integrations
Strong technical knowledge of enterprise software application development and enterprise application integrations
Hands on experience troubleshooting technical issues on Workday platform end-to-end.
