Function: Operations
In this role, you will be responsible for preparation, processing, maintenance, verification, reconciliation of employee data, payroll/benefit records, and payments.
Responsibilities
- Maintain, input, review and process payroll for US
- Partner with HR team members to coordinate employee compensation updates, new hires, separations, data change and approvals
- Perform the daily configuration support of the US Payroll and Time Tracking modules in Workday
- Assess and resolves payroll-related requests within established guidelines
- Serves as a payroll liaison when working with cross-functional business teams to translate complex business needs to effective design recommendations, system analysis, system configuration
- Data entry and verification to ensure compliance and data accuracy. Review net variances from previous month and reconcile payroll
- Process approved sales commission and bonus compensation and other variables monthly
- Configure and implement new payroll functionality in Workday HCM system
Minimum Qualifications
- Good working experience is US Payroll
- Strong excel skills and reconciliation skills is required
- Good Liaoning skills with global stakeholders
Preferred Qualifications/ Skills
- Workday Certification is preferred
- Work effectively on multiple projects concurrently, when necessary
- Strong Workday functional knowledge and project management skills
- Effective probing skills and analyzing / understanding skills
- Problem solving skills with customer centric approach demonstrated proficiency
