Description

  • Design, implement, and execute test plans and test cases for Workday configurations and integrations.
  • Conduct thorough testing to identify defects, issues, and areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate closely with developers, business analysts, and other stakeholders to ensure QA alignment with project goals.
  • Lead QA efforts, providing guidance, support, and mentorship to QA team members.
  • Manage project timelines, resources, and deliverables to ensure timely and high-quality QA execution.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders to report QA status, escalate issues, and provide recommendations for resolution.
  • Stay updated on Workday platform updates, industry best practices, and emerging trends in QA methodologies.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements relevant to Workday implementations.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
  • Proven experience in quality assurance, with a focus on Workday applications.
  • Strong understanding of Workday modules, functionalities, and integrations.
  • Proficiency in designing and executing test plans, test cases, and test scripts.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Leadership abilities with experience in leading QA teams.
  • Ability to work onsite in Sunnyvale, CA.
