Responsibilities: In this role, you will be responsible for managing various aspects of office operations, with a primary focus on supporting client visits and internal meetings. Your duties will include scheduling meeting spaces, staging environments to meet hosting requirements, creating guest Wi-Fi accounts, and coordinating catering for events. Additionally, you will be involved in day-to-day tasks such as stocking breakroom items, ordering office supplies, and ensuring safety protocols around the office perimeter. Collaborating with onsite support, including IT, will be crucial for managing AV connections in meeting spaces and demo station areas. Providing executive and director support for client-related requests is also part of the role. On a monthly basis, you will reconcile receipts for company cards, submit recurring invoices, conduct security surveys, and contribute to in-office initiatives. Quarterly responsibilities include completing a security audit for office access
