Network CyberSecurity Analyst (VIE)

POSITION

The Network CyberSecurity Analyst (VIE) will assist the Louis Vuitton Americas Zone Cybersecurity Officer with the management, maintenance and evolution of the security program which protect the Louis Vuitton corporate & retail environment. He/she is expected to conduct audits & generate documentation, as well as keeping compliance with the LVA Security Policies. This role will have secondary responsibilities focused around the supporting project engagements of the LVA Network Operations team. The Network CyberSecurity Analyst (VIE) will assist the Network Operations Project Leader (where necessary) for troubleshooting of network services provided to LVA, including Stores, DCs, Workshops, and Datacenters.

The Network CyberSecurity Analyst (VIE) will be expected to partner (when necessary) with internal IT teams (Operations/Service Delivery, Applications, Digital Workplace) & Third-party outsourced managed service providers.

The Network CyberSecurity Analyst (VIE) reports to LVA Zone Cybersecurity Officer

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Information Security

• Perform the ongoing monitoring and operation of select security and compliance-related systems

• Responsible to create and maintain appropriate documentation especially process flows and technical procedures

• Develop and maintain information security policies and educate and train the workforce on information security best practices.

• Track operational metrics related to alerts, incidents, and vulnerabilities

• Assist with audits and risk assessments.

• Research security best practices

Core Networking

• Participate in projects & network maintenances

• Updating and optimizing the application of network incident protocols.

• Report and communicate any issues within network operations, namely follow-up and communication on incidents or outage

• Maintain up-to-date documentation within the team

• Create and submit a progress reports as needed to Sr Network Operations Manager & Global IS&T Teams
