In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Include

 

  • Serve as technical support resource for all client locations (In Illinois)
  • Responsible for the implementation, maintenance, and support of all endpoints, software, and hardware for these locations.
  • The ability to work in our FreshWorks ticketing system.
  • The ability to assess and troubleshoot computer hardware issues, printer issues, and other technical issues.
  • Create technical documentation for new and reoccurring issues.
  • Ability to track and update tickets through the ticketing system.
  • Improving upon the IT processes and procedures that are currently in place.
  • Strong experience with Windows 10/11 operating systems.
  • Ability to assist with or oversee technical projects as needed.
  • Some travel may be required.

     

Qualifications

 

  • The ability to configure and manage MFP printers and desktop printers.
  • The ability to troubleshoot computer hardware issues.
  • The ability to image and manage Windows 10/11 and MacBook endpoints.
  • The ability to install, update, and manage business applications.
  • The ability to manage users and groups in Azure\O365.
  • Technical documentation for common issues and processes.
  • The ability to troubleshoot issues with mobile phones and VOIP telephones.
  • Must be able to comprehend, communicate, and escalate technical issues
  • Support tablet devices in the plant and warehouse areas.
  • Experience with Microsoft Remote Desktop Services is a plus
