Job Overview:

 

We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Executive with 1 to 5 years of experience in direct sales, particularly within the UPSC education segment. This is an exciting opportunity for an individual who is passionate about education and eager to contribute to the growth of our organization.

Key Responsibilities:

 

Student Guidance:

 

  • Provide individual and group counseling to students regarding academic goals, course selection, and career planning.
  • Assist students in developing academic and personal skills to enhance their success.

 

Course Planning:

 

  • Collaborate with students to create personalized academic plans based on their interests, strengths, and career aspirations.
  • Stay informed about curriculum requirements, course offerings, and academic policies.

 

Career Counseling:

 

  • Guide students in exploring career options and assist in the development of career goals.
  • Provide information on potential career paths, job markets, and industry trends.

 

Study Skills Development:

 

  • Conduct workshops and training sessions to help students improve study skills, time management, and organizational abilities.
  • Provide resources and strategies for effective exam preparation.

 

Support for At-Risk Students:

 

  • Identify students facing academic challenges and develop intervention plans to address their specific needs.
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other stakeholders to support student success.

 

Records and Documentation:

 

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of student interactions, counseling sessions, and academic plans.
  • Prepare reports on student progress and achievements.

 

Advisory Services:

 

  • Serve as a liaison between students and faculty to address academic concerns and facilitate communication.
  • Provide information on academic policies, procedures, and resources.

 

Required Qualifications and Skills:

 

● Bachelor’s degree.

● Proven experience in direct sales, with a focus on the UPSC education segment.

● Excellent communication and presentation skills.

● Strong negotiation and closing skills.

● Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

● Results-driven and goal-oriented.
