• Experience troubleshooting issues in a distributed system

Responsibility

 

• Working in a Level 2 Operations Authentication support team
• Perform access validation based on defined rule.
• Flexible and adaptable with the ability to align to changing priorities
• Ability to work both independently
• Participation in Agile development activities Scrum, Kanban.
• Help in SOX audit.
• Create and Publish status report
• Document business rule and maintain Knowledge database.
