Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Accessibility Tester, who will be responsible for ensuring that our websites and software are accessible to everyone, including those with disabilities. Day-to-day tasks include conducting accessibility tests, identifying issues, and reporting findings to the development team. The Accessibility Tester will also develop and implement an accessibility testing plan to ensure compliance with accessibility standards.

Qualifications
Familiarity with accessibility laws and guidelines (e.g. ADA, WCAG 2.1)
3+ Years of experience in Accessibility Testing.
Experience conducting accessibility testing. and, using accessibility testing tools (e.g. JAWS,NVDA, Axe, Lighthouse)
Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript and how they relate to accessibility
Experience with manual testing of web-based applications and software
Experience with automated accessibility testing and understanding of test results
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Strong communication skills, with an ability to communicate technical issues to a non-technical audience
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
Experience with assistive technologies or designing accessible user interfaces is a plus
