This role will be responsible to initially lead by influence but will help design a scalable execution model that requires building up a team. They nurtures and elevates the skills of a versatile team of Account Based Marketers who interface directly with our Account teams and clients – either by influence or direct reporting lines. In keeping with the mission to enable growth, you also unlock opportunities to upskill the client team’s capabilities and improve for a consistent approach to client across the Americas. This candidate is also savvy in employing a technology stack driven by data to create more effective client campaigns.

 

Success in the Role Requires:

  • Defining an impactful account-based marketing strategy that is driven by the goal of growing and expanding impact on key target accounts, expanding their growth to PACE account levels.
  • Innovating – being an advocate and champion for improving and implementing best in class account-based marketing techniques and tools to constantly drive improvement.
  • Ability to work in a complex operating model and employ influence with multiple partners is crucial to the success
  • Ensuring a strong integration and connect between client and all l marketing streams, in order to effectively and efficiently drive content and campaigns towards the strategic accounts. This also includes collaborating with marketing operations and monitoring the market to ensure that the function leans on top-in-class tools to drive engagement in our top clients.
  • Establishing a structured approach and framework that Account leaders, Industry Leaders and Sales leaders understand and embrace as part of overall account planning.
  • Deliver account research and analysis to drive client strategies
  • Lead pursuit marketing programs for large deals to help bid teams define their value proposition and strengthen it 
  • with fitting marketing tactics to increase the probability of winning
  • 10+ years B2B marketing experience required with particular focus on account-based marketing (client), pursuit / deal-based marketing and/or marketing strategy
  • Broad marketing skills and proficiency in marketing data management and campaign reporting. Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM desirable.
  • Industry marketing experience, as many accounts/clients identify with their industries
  • Exceptional partner management skills and ability to operate and build relationships at very senior level within a large, matrixed organization
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, proven track record managing a team, and real collaborative and team-player attitude
  • Excellent project management skills and evidence of successfully managing complex portfolio of projects
  • Creativity, flair and innovation in how to achieve cut-through and differentiation for campaigns
  • Strong written and oral communication skills, with ability to present and convey ideas clearly and persuasively at all levels to both internal and external audiences
  • Working knowledge of martech tools such as Terminus, Demandbase, Sixsense or others
