Description

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, understanding their business needs, and providing exceptional customer service.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing any inquiries or concerns promptly and effectively.
  • Proactively identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell services to existing clients, maximizing revenue potential.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including recruiters and consultants, to ensure client requirements are understood and met.
  • Conduct regular check-ins with clients to assess satisfaction levels and identify areas for improvement.
  • Research and prospect potential new clients, understanding their business challenges and offering tailored solutions.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to prospective clients.
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients, ensuring terms are favorable and mutually beneficial.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitive activities to identify opportunities for growth.
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and performance metrics set by the company.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
  • Proven experience in sales or account management, preferably in the staffing or IT consulting industry.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
  • Excellent negotiation and persuasion abilities, with a track record of closing deals and achieving sales targets.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to identify and capitalize on business opportunities.
  • Knowledge of data products, DevOps, and quality engineering concepts will be advantageous.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office suite.
  • Willingness to travel as needed
