Description
 

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting with 12+years of work exp. in Shared service/ accounting operations and ME closes in MNCs.
• Lead and review  team's activities like MJEs, Reconciliations, SOX controls, and month close activities.
• Ability to quickly understand new processes and support the team to ensure timely and accurate delivery
• Tech savvy and pro mindset in process improvements and automations and transformations
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in team handling and customer management
