Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Accounts Associate (US Payroll). The Accounts Associate will be responsible for day-to-day tasks related to US Payroll, including managing accounts, preparing payroll reports, conducting financial analyses, and providing support in account management. The role requires strong attention to detail and the ability to work effectively in a team.


 

· ADP Payroll Processing: Utilize ADP software to process payroll for US employees, ensuring accuracy and compliance with federal and state regulations.

· Data Management: Maintain employee records in ADP, including new hires, terminations, salary changes, and other relevant information.

· Benefits Administration: Assist in administering employee benefits, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other perks, ensuring accurate deductions and contributions.

· Tax Compliance: Stay updated on US payroll tax laws and regulations, ensuring timely and accurate submission of payroll taxes and filings.

· Reporting: Generate and distribute payroll reports to management and other stakeholders, providing insights into payroll expenses, trends, and variances.

· Customer Service: Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries related to payroll, benefits, and taxes, providing timely and helpful assistance.

Audits and Compliance: Support internal and external audits related to payroll, ensuring documentation and processes adhere to regulatory standards.


 


 

Requirements:

· Experience: Minimum 2-3 years of experience in US payroll processing, with a strong understanding of ADP software.

· Knowledge: Proficiency in US payroll laws, regulations, and tax requirements.

· Technical Skills: Hands-on experience with ADP Workforce Now or ADP Vantage is preferred. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting.

· Attention to Detail: Meticulous attention to detail and accuracy in payroll processing and data management.

· Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate payroll-related information to employees and stakeholders.

· Problem-Solving Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address payroll issues and discrepancies effectively
