Active Directory Engineer

Job Description:

Our client is looking for an experienced Active Directory Engineer to join our team. The professional should be a team player with strong experience and knowledge of Active Directory. They must exhibit excellence in troubleshooting skills and work on security initiatives related to Active Directory. The individual must have a positive attitude towards learning new things, technical and non-technical.

Responsibilities:

1. Building and supporting Microsoft Active Directory in large enterprise environments
2. Supporting Microsoft ADFS
3. Working on security initiatives related to Active Directory
4. Collaborating on engineering documentation

Requirements:

1. Minimum of 7 years of professional experience in Active Directory infrastructure
2. 3 years of experience supporting Microsoft ADFS
3. 5 years supporting Microsoft Server in various versions
4. Proficiency in DNS WINS
5. Strong troubleshooting skills and methodology
6. Understanding of ITIL processes including CMDB change controls
7. Experience working in a regulated environment
8. Ability to work across technology teams when required
9. Excellent communication skills - both verbal and written

Working Hours:

Full time role, Monday to Friday, 8AM to 5PM with possible weekend work. The candidate will follow a hybrid model, requiring onsite presence 4 days a week in Quincy, MA.
Contract Term: Until the end of September 2024, with no expected extensions.

How We Support Your Professional Growth: You will be provided training wherein you will shadow existing resources working on the project to understand the process and procedures.
Day-to-day activities will vary based on the project requirements. The person will be a key player in our Enterprise Resiliency initiative.
