Active Directory Service Engineer

Job Title
The Directory Services Engineer will be responsible for supporting and implementing enterprise-level Directory Services capabilities for Equifax as a member of the Identity and Access Management (IAM) team. This dynamic role will focus on Windows Active Directory services. The ideal candidate will need to navigate in a Global matrix environment to support integration of multiple security tools.

What You’ll do (day to day functions and responsibilities)
Operations Support of Active Directory and LDAP solutions
● Develop automated scripts to operationalize manual operational activities
● Build and update runbooks to describe all operational activities
● Maintain service accounts per Equifax standards
Maintenance of Active Directory and LDAP solutions
● Respond to incidents raised in ServiceNow or Google chat room
● Develop alerts and respond to system generated alerts for outage and system failures
● Periodically review logs for system health
● Remediate security findings as identified by Microsoft or Equifax
Improve Active Directory and LDAP Infrastructure
● Identify opportunities and implement security improvements
● Develop and maintain system configuration documentation
● Implement new solutions and integrations as identified by Security Architects

Qualifications
● 4-7 Years Experience with Enterprise IT Operations or Security solutions
● Demonstrated ability to work independently and meet committed due dates
● Technical Skills: Proficiency with Windows Server, Microsoft Active Directory, Powershell, LDAP
● Basic understanding of Cloud Services operations (GCP, AWS, Azure)
● Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
