Looking for - Ad Operation( Campaign Manager)

Experience: Min 2 - 5 Years

Location: Bangalore ( Work From Office)

Shift Timing: US Shift ( 7pm to 4am )

Responsibilities

● Build, monitor, and optimize campaigns across multiple offer placements.

● Conduct regular health checks on campaigns and ensure data accuracy in reporting.

● Analyze campaign performance data and provide insights for continuous improvement.

● Collaborate with cross-functional teams across the business including brand marketing, data, product, engineering, content and more to prioritize growth initiatives, ensuring alignment with overall business goals.

● Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to campaign setup and delivery.

● Generate and deliver periodic reports on campaign performance to internal teams.

● Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in ad operations.

● Assist with ad hoc tasks and projects related to ad operations as needed.

● Directly support troubleshooting & reconciliation processes, serving as the escalation point around all operational issues related to campaigns supported.

Desired Skills

● 3+ years of experience in ad ops, account management, or sales support.

● Experience utilizing GSuite, Mongo DB, and Salesforce preferred.

● An ownership mentality.

● Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

● Exceptional attention to detail with the ability to follow through complex processes to completion.

● Adaptability to work in a fast-paced, evolving environment.

● Demonstrated ability to drive urgency with all projects, big and small.

● Excellent communication and teamwork skills with both internal teams as well as external merchants.
