JOB DESCRIPTION
Shift will fall between Monday to Friday 8 to 5, specific timeframe to be set with Manager (Potential for additional hours a week as needed)
Hybrid Schedule Negotiable with Manager

Education:
High School diploma required. Associate or Bachelors Degree preferred
Experience:
Previous experience as an administrative assistant required
Strong working knowledge of the MS Office Suite including Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint and Word
Working knowledge of SAP a plus
Ability to handle multiple tasks, demonstration of flexibility and prioritization
Ability to excel in a fast-paced and ever-changing work environment
Strong interpersonal, organizational and communication (both verbal & written) skills
Handles sensitive information in a confidential manner
Ability to work independently and proactively with minimal supervision and guidance
Manage purchase card reconciliation timely on a monthly basis.
Coordinate logistics for onsite meeting caterings and setup
Administrative support to coordinate tour schedules with other departments
Administrative support for maintaining inventory of supplies for department
