Job Description: The Administrative Assistant II role provides essential administrative support to the Walmart Connect Product & Commercialization organization. Reporting into the Operations team, this position involves managing calendars for senior leadership, coordinating meetings, and maintaining a shared leadership calendar. The successful candidate will excel in time management, record-keeping, and leadership presentation preparation. Multitasking and prioritizing schedules for multiple executives are key skills for this role.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Calendar Management: Efficiently manage calendars for senior leadership, ensuring timely coordination of meetings and appointments.
- Record Keeping: Maintain detailed records and notes related to various topics and meetings.
- Leadership Presentation Prep: Organize presentations, follow up with stakeholders, and verify presentation content.
- Multitasking: Prioritize schedules for more than one executive simultaneously.
- Strategic Partnership: Become an invaluable strategic partner to internal stakeholders, advising and collaborating with other project coordinators and cross-functional teams.
- Operational Excellence: Ensure efficient workflows, processes, and timelines, embedding operational excellence into all activities.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in business or a related field, or equivalent experience in Business, Administration, or a related discipline.
- 2+ years of experience as an executive or administrative assistant.
- Proficiency in managing multiple calendars concurrently.
