Job Description:

The Contracts Admin/Legal Assistant will be responsible for:

Administrative Assistance:  Provide Administrative Assistance to Corporate Counsel and other team members in the US for their day to day business activities.

Contracts Administration:  Provide end-to-end assistance for Contracts Administrative process which includes coordinating for signatures from signatories across the globe for business and supplier contracts.

Record Keeping:  Update internal records on a daily basis as part of Contracts Administration activity.

Ship Documents:  Ship documents to external parties and internal teams on a regular basis as part of Contracts Administration activity.

Qualifications:

Our most successful candidates will have:

  • Previous experience in record keeping, document management, and administrative experience, prior experience as a paralegal is highly desired
  • Ability to work onsite – this not a remote role
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills; be able to represent Legal Team with internal and external parties in a clear, constructive and professional manner.
  • Ability to be creative and resourceful in finding effective solutions to problems and situations
  • Be reliable in following through with commitments and responsibilities
  • Ability to efficiently manage time and keep track of multiple schedules, meetings and initiatives
  • Ability work in MS Office
  • Ability to work flexible hours
