FRONT DESK
Overview: The Front Desk is the first point of contact at our real estate agency. The ideal
candidate will provide exceptional customer service, manage incoming calls, and assist
clients and visitors with inquiries. The candidate will be friendly, professional, and detail-
oriented.
Responsibilities/Duties:
Clerical duties include but are not limited to the following:
Greeting clients and visitors warmly and directing them to the appropriate staff
Answering phone calls and responding to emails promptly
Managing appointment scheduling and coordinating meetings
Maintaining an organized front office and managing office and agent supplies
Data entry into Spreadsheets and MLS
Opening and closing duties for the office
Assist with preparation for meetings
Preparing items for agent requests, including but not limited to printing and packaging of compliance paperwork, agent gifts, drip campaign
Social media ad placement per company standard operating procedures
Receive mail and distribute it accordingly
Send email communication to recipients
Complete timecard daily
Qualifications:
Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in office software and multitasking abilities
Google Workspace
Professional appearance and demeanor
Adapt to a fast-paced environment
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Detail orientated
Any Graduate
