What will you do:

In this role, you will work with a motivated team to drive conversions for programs. Your job responsibilities will include:

Meet or exceed sales targets on a monthly basis

Identify need of prospects & recommend them prospects for programs through outbound calls

Close sales over the phone by demonstrating the value of our products
Build and maintain relationships with prospects through effective communication and follow-up

CTC: 5-7.5LPA fixed. Plus incentive.


 

Competencies:

1+ years of experience in inside sales

Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients

roficiency in using a CRM and sales tools

Self-starter with a strong work ethic and ability to work independently

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field is preferred but not required
