Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Utilize Adobe Analytics and Adobe Workspace to set up and maintain tracking configurations for websites and digital media platforms, ensuring accurate data collection.
- Utilize and work on CJA (customer journey analytics) Generate and maintain regular reports and interactive dashboards using Adobe Analytics Workspace to visualize and communicate key performance indicators (KPIs) and other relevant metrics.
- Dive deep into Adobe Analytics data to identify trends, user behavior patterns, and conversion paths, revealing hidden insights that drive optimization strategies.
- Collaborate with marketing, UX/UI, and development teams to understand business goals and translate them into data-driven, insights into actionable strategies.
- Craft compelling stories around data.
- Findings, transforming complex data sets into clear, understandable narratives that inspire strategic decision-making.
- Develop and deliver presentations that combine data visualizations, insights, and storytelling to effectively communicate findings to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Continuously monitor data quality and proactively troubleshoot tracking issues, ensuring the accuracy and reliability of analytics data.
