Must-Have

4+ years of IT experience, proven experience in marketing campaign management or related roles for at least 5 years
Excellent analytical ability to interpret data, generate insights and make data-driven decisions
Proven experience and exceptional project management, team leadership skills
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, problem solving attitude, creative thinking and results-oriented mindset
Proficiency in campaign management tools such as - Adobe Campaign, Unica, Eloqua, etc.
Competent in SQL

Responsibility of / Expectations from the Role

Develop comprehensive marketing campaign based on customer requirements, business objectives, targeting audience analysis and marketing trends

Conduct Data analysis and research on target audience preferences and tailor campaigns accordingly

Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align campaign objectives and overall marketing goals

4

Use analytics tools/processes to track campaign performance, analyze key metrics and derive actionable insights

5

Build end to end campaigns and execute them across various channels including SMS, Push, Email, Direct Mail and Social Media channels

6

Prepare regular reports and presentations summarizing campaign results, insights and recommendations for improvement

7

Use A/B testing and other experimentation methods to optimize campaigns, and test and learn
