Job Description:

  • Familiarity with the Adobe Experience Cloud ecosystem, AEP, ACV8
  • Proficiency in designing customer journey maps to visualize and plan the various touchpoints and interactions across the customer lifecycle.
  • AJO Platform Understanding:In-depth knowledge of the features and capabilities of Adobe Journey Orchestration, including the ability to create, manage, and optimize customer journeys.
  • Data Modeling:Understanding how to structure and model data to support personalized and targeted customer interactions within the AJO platform.
  • Integration Skills:Ability to integrate Adobe Journey Orchestration with AEP/ Adobe Campaign and external systems for a unified customer experience.
  • Springboot and JavaScript Knowledge of working with APIs and SDKs to connect Adobe Journey Orchestration with external data sources or systems.
  • Understanding of personalization techniques and strategies to tailor customer journeys based on user behavior, preferences, and data.
  • Basic UX design skills to create engaging and user-friendly interfaces for customer interactions within the orchestrated journeys.
  • Familiarity with testing methodologies and optimization strategies to refine and improve customer journeys over time.
  • Ability to use analytics tools to measure and analyze the effectiveness of orchestrated journeys, making data-driven decisions for optimization.
