Desirable Skills:-
Responsible for recording various use cases, process flow and liaising with Work process owners.
Manage the program-level decomposition of work across multiple delivery teams and work across organizational boundaries. 
Partner closely with Product Owners, Product Development teams to execute and deliver programsaligning to product vision and program goals, objectives and timelines.
Organizing and facilitating discovery and requirement capture workshops.
Writing Business Requirement Documents (BRD), Epics and Stories.
Defining solution and technical architecture As a WF SME business change including process engineering, role definition, workflow automation and skills transfer
