Requirements: 
Adobe AEM implementation experience 
Architect level but MUST BE Technical 
Java development with Adobe experience AEM as a CMS
Works on solution approaches and design 
AEM, target, analytics 
They use Azure but this person will most likely have multiple cloud platform experience 
This will Kick off the Adobe migration – so they will be the person on the SHRSS team working with the vendor they have chosen for the implementation
Sitecore to adobe – almost everything will be migrated to adobe
Comm is key - Touches many different team, Even marketing team
Technical with great business communication acumen – needs to be able to be both
