Approaching an AEM Architect certification a Plus.

Ability to provide oversight and guidance for FE and BE AEM Developers

Ability and history of performing code reviews for teams and creating code standards for the AEM Teams

Ability to define and measure team capacity and manage backlog for the teams to efficiently code and correct bugs
