Job Description

A minimum of 2 years' experience working with Adobe

AEM Assets Management software in a professional environment.

An in-depth understanding of the capabilities and features of Adobe AEM Assets

Experience with Adobe's AEM Cloud and/or on-premise solutions.

Have a good understanding of software engineering practices, SDLC

Results-oriented, reliable, able to work under pressure

Ability to communicate technical ideas to business users and other teams (design, qa)

Ability to both collaborate with team members and to work independently

Eager to embrace current and emerging web technologies

A bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field (or combined with related experience)

Solid understanding of HTML, JavaScript, and CSS

Minimum 2-3 years in Adobe AEM Assets software

Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.

Ability to communicate and work well with others

Ability to handle a fast-paced work environment, deadlines, and new challenges

Experience that would be a plus

Knowledge of best practices adopted in Industry

Design, develop, and implement AEM Assets solutions in accordance with customer requirements.

Create and maintain AEM Assets architecture and design documents.

Monitor and maintain AEM Assets performance, scalability, and availability.

Coordinate with other internal and external teams to ensure the AEM Assets architecture is maintained and optimized.

Collaborate with other AEM experts to ensure that AEM Assets solutions are implemented and utilized effectively.

Identify and resolve AEM Assets related issues.

Ensure the AEM Assets system is optimized for performance. Manage the daily operations of the Adobe Assets platform.

Provide technical guidance to customers on the use of the platform.

Troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues with the platform.

Develop and maintain best practices for the use of the platform.

Monitor the platform for any issues and take corrective action when necessary.

Monitor customer feedback and take corrective action when necessary.

Developing and maintaining comprehensive user guides and training materials.

Contributing ideas and efforts towards internal projects and working as part of a team to find solutions on various problems
