The organization has been dedicated to building "agile pods" to tackle critical initiatives. With a focus on effective collaboration and delivery, these pods integrate both IT and Business professionals. This role presents an exciting opportunity to guide multiple pods concurrently in embracing Agile methodologies to drive business success.

Responsibilities

Facilitate Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, backlog grooming, and retrospectives across multiple pods to ensure effective collaboration and timely delivery of projects.
Utilize burn-down charts and manage finances/budgets for each project pod, ensuring fiscal responsibility and resource optimization.
Lead workshops, training sessions, and knowledge-sharing initiatives to enhance Agile capabilities across the organization, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
Support teams in determining resource allocations to maintain Agile practices and ensure seamless project delivery.

Qualifications

Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience.
Proficiency in utilizing scrum, kanban, and scaled Agile framework (SAFe).
Demonstrated track record of implementing Agile techniques in diverse work cultures and environments.
Experience in managing Agile projects within large companies, overseeing teams of 10-20 members within a single pod.
Expertise in Data Science, Machine Learning, or Data Engineering
Experience with Intelligence Platforms
Certified Scrum Master (CSM), Certified Scrum Professional (CSP), or other Agile certifications are preferred.
