- Deep experience in leadership coaching, organizational transformation, and Agile practices at the enterprise level.
- Facilitates the establishment of standard Agile processes, tools and deliverables for the Demonstration.
- Help companies navigate the ambitious process of becoming an Agile organization using the Scrum framework to transform the world of work.
- Provides coaching on Agile best practices to support the scrum team, stakeholders, and senior management as needed.
