Job: Agile Delivery Lead

Location : Des Moines, IA 50309 - Onsite

Duration: 12+ Months

Client is hiring an Agile Delivery Lead to join their Application Development team. The App Dev team provides custom developed enterprise and agency-specific solutions. This role will lead and coach delivery teams, driving continuous improvement and fostering collaborative high-performing teams.

The ideal candidate will:

● understand fundamentals of software development process

● demonstrate exceptional communication skills as well as the ability to lead diverse teams

● evangelize the product vision effectively to teams and stakeholders

● translate business strategies into roadmaps, minimum viable releases, epics, and user stories

● work closely with management to deliver and manage customer agreements

● collaborate with and present to customers, technical teams and varying levels of leadership

● mentor others (customer, peers, management, less-senior staff)

● lead multiple concurrent projects/iterations with multiple scrum teams

The job will require working with existing teams including projects utilizing other programming languages, such as C# .Net. Preference will be given to candidates with an application development background.

Working as an Agile Business Analyst, Product Owner or Delivery Lead; strong understanding of scrum concepts and methodology
