Agile Project Manager

Job Description:

• We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Release Train Engineer.
• As a Release Train Engineer, you will be responsible for managing the Agile Release Train (ART) and coordinating the delivery of complex IT Application Releases.
• You will work closely with Product Owners, Agile Teams, and stakeholders to ensure smooth and efficient release planning and execution.
• The successful candidate will have a deep understanding of Agile principles and practices, along with strong leadership and communication skills.
• Years of experience needed – 5+ years.

Technical Skills:

• Facilitate the Agile Release Train (ART) processes and execution, including release planning, backlog refinement, and sprint reviews.
• Collaborate with Product Owners to prioritize and sequence features and capabilities.
• Ensure alignment and coordination between Agile Teams on dependency management and cross-team communication.
• Facilitate effective Agile ceremonies (e.g., daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives).
• Work with stakeholders to identify and resolve risks and issues that may impact release delivery.
• Provide guidance and support to Agile Teams in the implementation and adoption of Agile practices and methodology.
• Establish metrics and KPIs to measure and track the performance of the Agile Release Train.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5+ years of experience working as a Release Train Engineer or in a similar role.
• Strong knowledge and understanding of Agile principles, frameworks, and methodologies (e.g., Scrum, Kanban, SAFe).
• Proven experience in release planning, coordination, and delivery in an Agile environment.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, managing multiple priorities and deadlines.
