This fantastic opportunity for a Project Management professional encompasses all facets of program management, client management and team leadership where you will typically lead large multi-disciplinary teams of people to successfully deliver integrated client solutions. You will have the opportunity to drive transformative work at scale, managing complex, multi-track programs or small to medium-scale projects.

What are we looking for in you?

This role requires a sufficient breadth and depth of expertise in leading large multi-disciplinary teams of people to successfully deliver integrated client solutions. The Manager manages complex, multi-track programs of small to medium-scale projects to an acceptable level of risk by balancing scope, time, cost, and quality while maintaining a positive environment that promotes individual development and high-performance standards. Pivotal to this role is excellent relationship-building skills, as well as strong leadership and team management experience.

Do you have the following?

10+ years of experience as a Project Manager 
Experience and understanding of Agile/Scrum
Experience in leading diverse teams (ie; multiple domains, across geographies, potential partners involved) to deliver integrated client solutions that achieve measurable business results for our clients
Accountability for budget or client revenue
Experience in delivering multiple full project/ multi-track program lifecycles from business development to final delivery
Proven experience as a Scrum Master who has run agile delivery
Core project management capabilities
Experience running Scrum for feature teams
A Delivery mindset owning the end-to-end process 
Experience of facilitating stand ups, agile/scrum ceremonies, decision making & conflict resolution
A solid background of working with product managers and the delivery team to ensure common priorities, manage dependencies and remove impediments
Experience of identifying, managing, helping and mitigating project issues and risks
Ability to influence and manage your clients internally and externally
Thai and English speaking
Good Articulation and Communication skills
