8+ years in proven experience as an Agile Release Train Engineer (Chief Scrum Master) in a variety of environments
o Certifications such as SAFe Scrum Master (SSM), SAFe Product Owner/Product Manager (POPM), SAFe Release Train Engineer (RTE), Certified SAFe Program Consultant (SPC)
o Coordinated and facilitated PI Planning/Quarterly Planning events
o Effective communication, presentation, interpersonal and negotiation skills at the C-Suite to individual team member levels
o Experience in software development and project management
o Experience managing Scrum Masters and Product Owners
o Experience with hands on Agile training
o Proficient with Atlassian products, such as Jira Software and Confluence
· Facilitation:
o Conduct Agile ceremonies, workshops, and retrospectives to facilitate collaboration and learning, such as Scrum of Scrums, Product Owner Syncs and any other cross functional/cross team collaborations
o Guide teams in effective use of Agile tools and techniques; such as Atlassian Jira Software
o Facilitate large events /open dialog sessions to enable agility, such as PI Planning.
o Lead Scrum teams into self-organization
· Risk Management:
o Actively manages risks related to the ART
o Proactively address potential challenges and work towards minimizing disruptions
· Driving Relentless Improvement:
o Fosters a culture of continuous improvement within the ART
o Encourages teams to learn from each PI and adapt their practices accordingly
· Team Collaboration
o Work closely with Agile teams, ensuring they follow Agile principles and practices.
o Help teams set up their team boards, workflow automation, and automated reporting
o Assist organizations to define, prioritize, and decompose requirements in Product and Program Backlogs.
· Metrics and Reporting:
o Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track and measure Agile success
o Provide regular reports and insights to leadership on the progress of Agile adoption such as Jira dashboards, Advanced Road map plans
o Generate and analyze metrics to provide insights into project performance and areas for improvement.

o Collaborate with executive leadership to foster a culture of agility throughout the organization.
o Communicate effectively with stakeholders, keeping them informed about project progress and addressing concerns.
