Description:
- The Scrum Master role is responsible for monitoring the scrum process, routines, processes, and communications for the team.
- This individual is a servant leader that works to increase team efficiency, removes impediments, coaches the team, and manages changes that will ensure quality and timely execution, while ensuring that train guidelines are upheld.

- Coaching the team in the lean-agile process and helping the team apply the principles
- Coordinating and facilitating the team process and routines
- Promotes quality practices
- Acts as the voice of the team and protects the team from distractions to their commitments
- Manages and resolves impediments at the team level, escalating when needed
- Reports team plans, results, and issues impeding commitments to the Release Train/Program
- Reports performance and drives continuous improvement for the team
- Support Performance Test Execution
- Successfully manage expectations and do everything possible to support the Performance, Capacity of the team in delighting customers
- Ensure ART team metrics and test results are transparent and used to enable data driven decisions
- Guide the team on how to apply Agile Principles and utilize Agile/Scrum practices
- Manage and help resolve impediments, escalating issues beyond the teams control
- Facilitate cross functional discussions, enable decision making and navigate conflict resolution
- Promoting continuous improvement and ensuring retrospective items land in the backlog and have a clear ownership
- Facilitate team ceremonies / events, including Sprint Planning, Daily Standups, Reviews and Retrospectives
- Assess Agile / Scrum maturity and ensure that the team works at a sustainable pace
- Supporting the Product Owner on Grooming/Refinement sessions and ensuring a healthy backlog
- Establish an environment of trust and transparency and lead by example
- May support up to 2 teams concurrently (based on maturity)

- Experience working within SAFe Solutions Train environment
- Knowledge of Jira and Confluence reporting and quality structures

- Robust facilitation skills and situational awareness
- Ability to drive continuous improvement through transparency and learning
- Exhibits a continuous learner mindset and is comfortable when faced with complex problems
- Understanding of Performance Testing and Capacity Management context for overall software development lifecycle
- Strong navigation skills and organizational awareness
